💡 Product Description
At present, most of these sanitary ceramic polishing processes use manual polishing, and manual polishing has high physical harm to personnel, high labor intensity, relatively large dust when polishing the green body, and operators are prone to occupational diseases, and the product quality is affected by human factors, it is relatively large and cannot guarantee the homogeneity of the product.
The robot body grinding workstation adopts robot grinding, which changes the uncertain factors when the traditional manual grinding personnel contact the body, improves the grinding efficiency, and reduces the occupational hazards to the operators; this workstation integrates three-station grinding and transporting. The integrated continuous polishing workstation greatly saves personnel configuration, increases polishing efficiency to a certain extent, and reduces labor costs.

🚀 Working Principle
1. Handling Status: The R4 transport robot moves pre-booked bodies from the line to the turntable, preparing them for polishing.
2. Polishing State: The turntable rotates 90° to the polishing robot station. Three stations perform simultaneous polishing for maximum efficiency.
3. Offline State: Once the 270°/360° rotation and polishing cycles are complete, the handling robot executes blanking operations to move finished pieces off the line.
4. Pneumatic System: Solenoid valves and cylinders control the precision of the grinding head, powered by a regulated air source manifold.
