Working Principle

1. Handling Status: The R4 transport robot moves the pre-booked body from the transport line to the turntable.

2. Polishing State: The turntable rotates 90° per turn. Three stations perform simultaneous polishing once conditions are met.

3. Offline State: After 270° polishing is finished, the robot executes the blanking operation to move the finished piece off the line.

4. Pneumatic System: Controlled by SMC components to adjust pressure for grinding heads and cylinder movements.
