Our Robot Green Body Grinding Workstation eliminates these uncertainties. It integrates three-station grinding and transporting, significantly improving efficiency, reducing labor costs, and ensuring product homogeneity.

1. Handling: R4 robot transports the body to the 0-position of the turntable.
2. Polishing: Turntable rotates 90° per station. Three stations perform intelligent simultaneous polishing.
3. Offline: After a 360° rotation cycle, the handling robot executes the blanking operation.
4. Pneumatic: SMC components and solenoid valves control precise grinding head movements.
