1. Top paint film: Functions as a sunlight proof cover, preventing destroy by ultraviolet rays and forming a compact water/oxygen barrier.
2. Primer paint film: Strengthens adhesiveness between the top film and metal; contains corrosion inhibitors.
3. Passivation layer: Increases adhesion between metallic layer and coating film to extend life span.
4. Metallic coating: Provides fundamental protection (Galvanized, Galvalumed).
5. Substrate steel: Cold rolled steel deciding mechanical properties and flatness.
6. Back paint film: Epoxy or Modified PE for color sustainability and binding.
