Can I get free samples of the polyester fabric?
Yes, we can offer A4 size samples or more (less than one meter) free of charge to help you evaluate the quality.
Do you sell stock products or work on order?
We normally produce products according to customer's specific orders. However, our cooperative factory maintains stock for certain normal items.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for bulk orders?
The MOQ for plain dyed fabric is 1500M per color and 3000M per shipment.
What is the MOQ for a sample order?
If we have stock greige fabric, the MOQ for sample orders is 100M with a color surcharge. If no greige fabric is in stock, the terms will be discussed.
Can you accept order quantities less than the MOQ?
Yes, we can accept smaller orders, but a surcharge for small dye lots (approximately USD 80-150 per color) will apply.
What are the standard payment terms?
We accept T/T, D/P, or L/C at sight. For new customers, the standard term is a 30% deposit via T/T and the balance before shipping.
