This system is designed to match industrial pipe making machines. It features integrated inside and outside weld seam leveling equipment, a hydraulic air control system, and an automatic electric hydraulic system managed by PLC.
Utilizing a built-in SKD11 mandrel and an automatic reciprocating roller, the equipment achieves seamless leveling of internal and external welds. This ensures the welded pipe meets high-precision requirements, completely removing weld bead interference.
The procedure involves high-precision rolling cycles. After the initial weld, the pipe section enters the leveling stage where vertical and horizontal rolls work with the mandrel to ensure full separation and a perfect circular profile.
Leveled stainless steel pipes feature ultra-smooth walls, essential for sanitary fluid pipes, heat exchangers, and oil pipelines. Industries served include food processing, petroleum, pharmaceutical, and chemical sectors.
