1. High Wear Resistance
Resistance is 15-20 times more than ordinary steel plates and 2-5 times that of high-chromium cast iron.
2. Superior Impact Performance
The wear-resistant layer handles the medium's friction while the substrate bears the mechanical load.
3. Excellent Heat Resistance
Recommended for use under ≤600ºC. With special alloys, it can withstand up to ≤800ºC.
4. Good Corrosion Resistance
High metallic chromium content provides stable rust and corrosion resistance.
5. High Processing Capability
