Model: S857
S857 is a heat curing, solvent-free sealant based on a polyacrylic plastisol. It can be applied to clean, bare steel or electrocoat and accepts powder paint either cured or wet on wet. It's used in high heat applications (200°C) where resistance to heat degradation and color change is important.

- Used for bonding clean steel or electrophoresis plate.
- Can be sprayed with powder paint after wet adhesive or curing.
- Ideal for sealing, waterproof, dustproof and anti-corrosion of inner/outer car body welds.

- Adheres well to most E-coated substrates and oily metal substrates.
- Suitable for powder-coating processes.
- Surface cured after about 5 hours at room temperature exposure.
- Sealing different metals: steel, aluminum, galvanized steel, etc.
- High temperature resistance: 160-220 ºC (320-430°F) without aging.
- Spot welding still possible after application.
- Does not contain solvents or PVC.
