Our automated equipments not only can produce lock seamed bodies, but also automatically produce top and bottom covers. They are lid pressing production lines, different shapes, different sizes need customized punching processes.
Automatically feed strips or sheets, and after one-time stretching, forming, curling, necking, trimming, then to a complete lid, each step is closely linked. We design special stamping dies according to the shape and size of lids. Die accuracy and servo feeding between two punch presses are crucial to the molding quality of lids.
