Is there any noise during operation?
The fans are equipped with sound insulation cotton and are designed to operate without producing excessive noise, typically maintained at a comfortable level for workshop environments.
How do I configure the correct air volume for my needs?
By measuring the diameter of the exhaust pipe at the bottom of your cutting platform and providing that to us, we can calculate and recommend the exact air volume required for your specific setup.
How are sparks handled to prevent fire accidents?
We install spark catchers (baffle or swirl type) which use a labyrinth structure. This forces sparks to hit a cold plate multiple times to extinguish them before they reach the filter material.
Does the system require an external chimney for venting?
No, it does not. We use high-precision filter material that filters 0.3um dust with over 99% efficiency, allowing the clean air to be directly discharged indoors.
What is the after-sales warranty period?
The standard warranty period is one year. Maintenance is free during this period. After the warranty expires, we only charge for the cost of replacement parts.
