How Ribbon Blenders Work

Made up of inner and outer helical ribbons that are pitched to move material axially in opposing directions, and also radially. This combination promotes fast and thorough blending. Tip speeds in the range of 300 feet/min are typical.

Feeding & Discharging

Feeding Inlets: Available in two types: connection mouths for feeding devices or manual feeding doors for easy operation and cleaning.

Discharging: A flat discharging valve is located at the bottom. Options include Manual (hand-controlled), Air Driven (pneumatic cylinder), and Electricity Driven (control box).
