SGP800 DEBURRING, EDGE ROUNDING, AND SURFACE FINISHING MACHINE FOR LASER CUTTING PARTS

Robust Construction: Heavily constructed machine main frame: welded, sand blasted, and powder coated.
Abrasive Belt Head: First work station wide abrasive belt head is used to sand down/off larger burrs. Capable of No.4 finishing; servo lifting ensures precise thickness adjustment.
Planetary System: Total of four abrasive barrels covering the full width. Adjacent barrels rotate in opposite directions for consistent rounding of edges, corners, and holes.
Vacuum Conveyor: Full working width vacuum conveyor allows processing of small pieces (60x60mm and up). High rotational speed rated bearings equipped.
Surface Protection: Targets edges/corners with minimum flat surface pressure. Sheets with vinyl film can be processed using the planetary station only.
Versatile Processing: Capable of processing minor profiled parts depending on shape and form height.
Efficiency: Long life span of consumables with less replacement needed; straightforward operation with built-in LED light.
User Interface: User-friendly touch screen interface for easy control.
