High intensity grill magnetic separator filter used for removing iron contamination from dry free-flowing grain, flour, sugar, powders, pigments, chemicals as well as plastic and other products. Grate magnets are typically installed in hoppers or bins and can be rectangular, square or round.

What is the maximum magnetic strength of your magnetic grates?
Our magnetic grates can reach a surface magnetic field strength of up to 12,000 Gauss (1.2 Tesla) using high-grade NdFeB magnets.
Can these magnetic filters be used in food processing?
Yes, we provide food-grade welding and fine polishing (SS304 or SS316L) specifically designed for food and pharmaceutical applications to ensure no pollution.
What temperatures can the magnetic bars withstand?
Standard models operate up to 80°C. However, we offer customized solutions that can withstand temperatures ranging from 80°C up to 350°C.
Are custom sizes and shapes available?
Absolutely. We offer OEM/ODM services to customize the size, shape (round, square, rectangular), and magnetic grade based on your specific hopper or bin requirements.
What is the difference between Normal and Easy-cleaning styles?
The Normal style requires manual wiping, while the Easy-cleaning (E style) allows the magnetic core to be pulled out of the stainless steel sleeve, letting the captured iron particles fall off automatically.
