How can I get samples?

A4 size samples or quantities less than one meter are provided free of charge. For more than 1 meter, charges apply and freight is collected, but these costs can be deducted from future bulk orders.

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

For most items, the MOQ is 1200 meters per color for solid dyes, or according to specific customer requirements.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Bulk lead time is approximately 15-30 days depending on the item and quantity. Our production schedule is flexible to meet urgent needs.

What are the payment terms?

We accept T/T (30% deposit upon sample approval, balance after shipment), L/C at sight, and Western Union.
